PRESIDENT LEO "LEO" PARMA, "Act with Credibility, Continuity and Consistency", RY 1999-2000

The unenviable task of leading the Club through the next millenium has fallen on the lap of President Leo Parma. President Leo has been with the Rotary for a considerable period of time. He joined the Rotary in 1988 in far-away Puerto Princesa where he was based for more than 5 years. After moving back to Metro Manila in 1993 he was invited by IPP Benne Altarejos to join the club. During his term, President Leo and his millenium team vows to place emphasis on the community service projects of the Club and to attract more members to the spirit of service that Rotary espouses.
