PRESIDENT WILFRIDO "WILLIE" SANARES, "Honor Rotary with Faith and Enthusiasm", RY 1990-1991

Pres. Willie Sanares and his team ably steered the Club through another sister-club agreement with the Rotary Club of Wanchai, Hongkong. The bond forged between the two Clubs led to the initiation of a joint project - the construction of a multi-purpose chapel for the victims of the 1990 killer quake of Aringay, La Union. A 10 member delegation from our sister club Rotary Club of Wanchai cam over for the Club's ninth anniversary and presided over the corner stone laying of the chapel at Aringay, La Union.
