PRESIDENT HORACIO "ACE" DIMANLIG, "Enjoy Rotary", RY 1989-1990

Against the backdrop of the Rotary Year's theme, Enjoy Rotary, then the Director Bombit Buencamino composed the Club hymn, Apat na Sukatan. Membership growth during President Ace Dimanlig's time became unprecedented. The President organized both the Rotary Anns of Pasay Silangan (RAPS) and the Rotary Village Corps (RVC). He likewise, spearheaded the construction of the day care center at Sto. Niņo, which became the permanent venue for the Club's community service projects. Before the year ended, the Club formally inked a sister club agreement with the Rotary Club of Kortrijk in Belgium.
