PRESIDENT CLEMENTE "MENTING" BENEDICTO, "Rotary Brings Hope", RY 1986-1987

During this time when the entire world became focused on the Filipino's inimitable revolution, saw likewise the ascension to the RI Presidency of President Mat Caparas who continues to hold the distinction of being the only Filipino RI President. It was against this historical backdrop, that President Menting Benedicto assumed the mantle of leadership of the Club. During his term, successful solicitations of donations from RC Clubs abroad materialized. And, the Club once again became instrumental in the formation of another Rotary Club, Parañaque Central.
