PRESIDENT MARCUS ANTONIUS "TONY" T. ANDAYA, "Sow the Seeds of Love" RY 2002-2003

Rising from the ashes, RC Pasay Silangan proved to be a hardened survivor as it showed one and all that it can be a great Club even with youthful but determined members because they had a leader committed to True Rotary Service. President Tony Andaya sowed the seeds of love by providing 17,000 vaccines, held many Medical, Dental and Surgical Missions, recruiting 21 new members and extending another club, RC Manila West. These efforts did not miss the notice of the District such that DG Rosie Go bestowed the highest honors to President Tony Andaya by awarding him, together with the President of RC Paco, Rex Ras, the Most Outstanding President of the District. What a feat!
